The short version

We cannot see, store, or access any file you use with our tools. PDF processing happens entirely in your browser. No file content ever reaches our servers, because we don't run servers for processing.

File data

Files you upload to our tools — PDFs, images, any document — are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are never transmitted to any server. We have no technical capability to access or store them, because the processing happens locally on your device.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous pageview data — pages visited, session duration, general location (country level), and device type. No file names, file contents, or personally identifiable information from PDF processing is ever collected or transmitted. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or any standard ad/tracking blocker.

Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to optionally remember which tools you've recently used, so we can show a "Pick up where you left off" section. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted anywhere. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Third-party libraries

Our tools use the following open-source libraries, some loaded from CDN servers: pdf-lib, pdf.js, JSZip, FileSaver.js. Loading these files from CDN involves a network request (which reveals your IP to the CDN), but no file content is involved in these requests.
